Lula Lukas, is a passionate freelance artist who has always been captivated by the bold and vibrant comic book art of the 90s. Fueled by her love for drawing dynamic and powerful characters, Lula is a self-taught artist who has mastered both traditional and digital mediums. In 2018, Lula embarked on her professional art journey, determined to make her mark on the comic book world. Her unwavering dedication and talent paid off when she was commissioned to create a variant cover for Dynamite Entertainment's Vampirella in 2020. With this success under her belt, Lula made her first appearance at New York Comic Con and Rhode Island Comic Con.

Lula was recently invited to her elementary school to share her knowledge with the 5th grade class about her personal journey and teach them how to draw some of her favorite characters. With her infectious enthusiasm and creative approach to art, she immediately captured the students' attention, leaving them thrilled to learn more about the world of comic books and visual storytelling. The class was so engaged and inspired that many of them expressed newfound interests in pursuing pathways to animation, filmmaking, story-telling, and comic books. Lula's visit made a lasting impact on the students, igniting a spark within them to explore their own creativity and imagination! Best of luck Class of 2023!
